Key Responsibilities:
- Timing is everything. This is a newly created position that places you at the epicenter of all communications in fastest growing division of our Company. You will report to, and routinely engage, our Executive leadership team as you craft and execute our internal and external communication strategy.
- Architect and project manager all internal and external communications initiatives.
- Participate in Executive Leadership teams meeting, translating decisions into communications to be cascaded through the organization.
- Develop, execute, and keep current the Division?s external (marketing) communications strategy and tools across all media types?.including creating/writing, editing, and working with third-parties on advertising, press releases/campaigns, editorials, white papers/articles, newsletters, blogs, websites/casts.
- Lead the develop of Divisional communication guidelines, value proposition/brand promise, messaging, and editorial policy.
- Align key constituents across business functions and levels of responsibility
- Own the content and/or development of our internal communication? including intranet, key presentations, newsletters, training materials, meeting materials, and critical internal communications.
- Research and assess customer, industry and adjacent industry trends, maintaining and applying knowledge of emerging communication approaches and technologies, to drive strategy and achievement of the Division?s annual and mid-range objectives via communication, promotional, and educational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of Communications experience or Masters with 4-6 years of Communication experience
- Proven experience in Market Communications
- Medical device experience preferred
- Ability to persuade confident operations oriented senior level business executives
- Prior track record of conceiving and executing widely successful internal and external communication systems
- Ability to effectively communicate and work across various functions and levels within the organization
- Entrepreneurial work ethic. Self-starter with a ?can do? attitude
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent listening skills and ability to move from issues into action
- Excellent Project Management SkillsExperience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
